Halloween Horror Nights 2025: FNAF House & Nightmare Fuel Circus of Decay Review

My third night at HHN 34 with my Rush of Fear pass meant one thing: long lines, lots of fog, and plenty of scares. If you’re trying to do everything in one night, my advice is grab Express or at least plan on Stay and Scream. Otherwise, you will spend more time in line than in the houses.

While there is plenty to explore, from new scare zones like the Toxic 20s and the Cat Lady of Crooked Lane to all the new merch and themed drinks, the two things I was most excited for were the Five Nights at Freddy’s house and the return of Nightmare Fuel: Circus of Decay.

Nightmare Fuel: Circus of Decay

This show is jaw-dropping and hot. Literally hot because of the insane amount of pyro blasting across the stage. The Fuel Girls, a contracted group from the UK, bring a mix of aerial arts, dance, and fire performance that feels polished, classy, and larger-than-life. The Nightmare Queen is a tiny powerhouse who owns the stage while the clown dancers keep the energy sky-high. Every single performer brings their A-game making this a can’t-miss show. Just know it is for a mature audience only.

Five Nights at Freddy’s Haunted House

Now FNAF. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this one. The Wyatt Sicks house is still my absolute favorite this year and after hearing mixed reviews I walked in a little skeptical. The posted wait was 70 minutes. I waited about 60, and honestly, it was totally worth it.

Here is the thing. This house is most memorable if you’re a fan. Heavy on that. If Five Nights at Freddy’s has a special place in your heart, you are going to lose it in here. The sets are insanely detailed, the animatronics look amazing, and moving slow to soak it all in makes you feel like you are actually stepping into the game or movie. I got all the scares and screamed my head off, so for me it delivered. But if you are not a FNAF fan and rush through, I can see how it might not hit as hard. It is not the scariest house of the year, but it is fun, it is jumpy, and for fans, yes, it is a must.

Final Thoughts

As a Rush of Fear passholder without Express, I know I’ll be back plenty more nights to keep exploring, but this night was packed. I wandered the Toxic 20s scare zone, got creeped out by the Cat Lady of Crooked Lane, sipped on the Raggamuffin Mocktail, hit the Wyatt Sicks house again, and of course checked out all the new merch. I captured my whole night in the vlog, so if you want to see my live reactions to FNAF and Nightmare Fuel, the full scare zone walkthroughs, and all the merch highlights, it’s like being there with me in the fog.
